According to Law No. 12974 of 2014 and with the rule No. 161 of 1985 of Embratur, Nascere Turismo operator informs:

 

Tour: tourist product within the city of Florianopolis and the state of Santa Catarina with a maximum duration of 08 hours with transfer.

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT'S INITIATIVE

 

PERCENTAGE OF DISCOUNT FOR CANCELLATION IN ADVANCE OF THE EVENT

​

10% of the total value for cancellation with 07 to 05 days to the event

15% of the total value for cancellation with 05 to 02  days to the event

​

Cancellation with less than 24 hours prior will not have any kind of refund
